STALYBRIDGE Celtic has beefed up its commercial team with the addition of David Broadbent from 2811 Sport Media.
Broadbent has joined with the remit of increasing commercial revenue through new sponsorship and supply deals, working with businesses within the area.
He has a wealth of experience within football, having worked for Oldham Athletic, Tranmere Rovers, Huddersfield Town and most recently AFC Fylde.
2811 Sport Media was set up by Broadbent, whose parents David and Val formed Saddleworth football club 3D Dynamos 25 years ago, in July to work with clubs who don’t have the resources to take on a full time commercial manager but who still need to generate revenue to survive and thrive.
Broadbent said: “Twenty years ago I played for Stalybridge Celtic Juniors for a couple of season and have fond memories of the club, so when the opportunity to get involved arose I jumped at it.
“I’m looking forward to working with the team here and to help bring in some new sponsors and partners.”
There are a great number of commercial opportunities to get involved at Bower Fold, from player sponsorship to stand and stadium naming rights.
Prices are set to be affordable for businesses of all sizes and budgets. To find out more email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 07837 274269.
