Gym launches shoe boxes drive to help the homeless

GYMETC in Stalybridge has launched a ‘Christmas charity drive’ to help the homeless.

They are asking the public to fill shoe boxes with items that may be useful for a homeless person.

Gymetc is asking for the boxes to be filled with non-perishable items such as toiletries, hats, gloves, scarves and anything that would be useful during the winter months.

The shoeboxes will be distributed to the homeless on December 23.
