MEMBERS of Stalybridge Archery Club had Willow Wood Hospice in its sights after taking part in a 24-hour marathon shoot.
It was organised as part of the 20/20 Challenge which is being held to mark the hospice’s 20th anniversary.
The shoot began at lunchtime on Saturday, April 13 on the outdoor range which had targets up to 70 metres away.
When darkness fell, the archers moved to the indoor range with around 50 members taking part.
The 20/20 Challenge sees the hospice give fundraisers two £20 notes to get their idea off the ground and in return they raise as much money as possible for the hospice.
